The Loan Documentation Specialist will be accountable and responsible for preparing loan documentation for consumer loans in accordance with the Bank's loan approval process. Ensure timely disposition and control of legal documentation, collateral and documentation records as well as that the documents requested comply with Bank's policy.



  • Accountable and responsible for preparation of loan documentation for consumer loans in accordance with the loan approval process.
  • Order UCC searches, corporate searches and other due diligence as required.
  • Ensure loan document packages are complete and ready for funding and boarding including coordination with title and/or escrow companies for closing, obtaining pay off demand statements and appropriate insurance coverage, when required.
  • Coordinate final preparation of loan documents and closing procedures with applicable parties.
  • Perform credit and public record information searches.


Position Requirements:



  • 5-7 years of documentation experience in a financial institution
  • Work related experience of loan servicing consumer loans and loan documentation preparation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience with LaserPro Documentation preparation software is a plus


Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Benefits: The bank offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage; paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave; and a 401(k) plan. Hours of paid leave may vary based on position.
