Job Description:

The Photo Process Engineering Technician provides process support for Coat, Expose and Develop processing in the photo area. This role requires the ability and knowledge to evaluateregistration (REG), critical dimensions (CD's), and to confirm quality photolithography performance on production material (DI).

Shift (D): every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, every other Saturday 7pm-7:12am

Responsibilities
  • Disposition of engineering hold lots and SPC failures related to equipment qualification, microscope inspections, defect level measurements, critical dimensions, and overlay.

  • Analyze data on SPC violations to determine and correct root cause.

  • Perform qualifications, create/modify recipes, and maintain process control systems on processing and metrology equipment.

  • Identification of process excursions; containment and disposition of material in the event of an excursion.

  • Assist equipment engineering and production specialists with down equipment troubleshooting.

  • Provide accurate and thorough pass-down of equipment, process, and lot status to upcoming shift.

  • Monitor all =Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and disposition non-conforming material. Notify appropriate EES and Process Engineers of potential issues.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication and processing areas.
  • Knowledge of ASML Photolithography equipment
  • +, DNS and TEL track equipment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to use statistical and/or appropriate software tools (Excel, JMP, SPACE, etc.) for data analysis related to process deviations and equipment performance.
Education

GED or High School Diploma required

Associate of Science degree or higher preferred

Experience

1+ years of experience in a semiconductor production operation preferred.

The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $19-27/hr.*

*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
