Employment Status: Full Time Year Round Wage Range: $50,000-$55,000 year Minimum Age: 21 Background Check Required: Yes Driver Verification Required: Yes Position Summary: The Front Office Manager is responsible for managing the overall performance of the front desk department, including front desk agents and supervisors, night audit, and bell staff. Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the front desk and ensures excellent guest service through adherence to performance standards. Serves as the initial point of contact for escalated guest or owner issues and other special requests. Responsible for meeting guest service goals and managing labor and expenses. Works closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and owner services departments. Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:

Additional -
Education/Related Experience: Minimum education required - Bachelors degree in hotel management preferred. Working knowledge of accounting functions. English reading, writing, and communication are required. Minimum time in related position - Minimum of one year experience in hotel management with at least one-year experience in a leadership role. Familiarity with ski area and resort management and experience with property management is preferred. | |
