Job Description




As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Rounds in Caledonia, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a fast-paced tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that can help to reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to calls for service, document observations, and deliver clear, professional communication and customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license per AU Driver Policy requirements.

Pay Rate: $16.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or public emergency services when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter, with working conditions varying by location.
  • Monitor access points and security-related systems, including visitor check-in, badge verification, and reviewing camera and/or alarm activity in accordance with site policy.
  • Document security-related activities, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate notable issues to site management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
