As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy food and beverage location, you will conduct routine foot patrols of production and warehouse areas, remain highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access control and visitor guidance. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site leaders, and respond to concerns with a calm, customer-focused approach. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior production and warehouse areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points and vehicle traffic flow, assist with visitor and contractor check-in, and support delivery and pickup coordination consistent with site procedures.
• Complete detailed shift reports and incident documentation, communicate updates during post turnover, and use site systems such as radios, phones, and/or access control tools as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
