Job Description




As a Security Officer Night-Patrol Driver Clearance Required in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading aero and defense location, you will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access points while delivering strong customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and/or emergency response activities at an aero and defense location.
  • Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate contacts and documenting actions taken.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards requiring attention.
  • Monitor and operate access control points, visitor logs, and badge verification processes as assigned, while reporting irregularities according to post orders.
  • Complete detailed written reports and activity logs, communicate shift updates, and assist with security-related audits and/or inspections as directed by site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

  • An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
