Description

Under the direction of the Practice Manager and Director of Operations provides leadership and management for the clinic operations. Oversees all aspects of the practice/clinic operation including financial management and daily operations. Assesses, evaluates, and implements systems to improve clinic operations. Manages supply costs, facilities, labor costs and staff productivity. Works in collaborating clinic leadership and staff to ensure the clinic(s) meets performance expectations in the areas of medical quality, service, access, utilization and financial. Represents clinic(s) in organizational projects and committees.

Required Qualifications:



  • 2 years Ambulatory care experience.
  • 2 years Progressive supervisory and management experience, with budgetary and line experience.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree Health Care Administration or Business Administration. Or equivalent educ/experience
  • 5 years Supervisory experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
