CORE RESPONSIBILITY

Strategy & Planning



  • Join regular meetings with business and technology teams to discuss new ways to improve data skills and access to quality data.
  • Help design and carry out a step-by-step plan to introduce important data literacy skills throughout the company.
  • Work with leaders to understand what teams need, and help create solutions like workshops, training sessions, and outreach events.


Building and Delivering Learning Programs



  • Partner with the Enterprise Data & Insights (ED&I) team to encourage a data-driven culture.
  • Identify what topics need to be taught (such as Data Ethics, Data Organization, Data Analysis, Data-Driven Decision-Making, Communicating with Data, and Data Visualization) and suggest new topics and teaching methods.
  • Represent the needs of different types of data users, making sure learning and communication efforts help them get the most value from data.
  • Support projects that aim to raise data and analytics skills, including planning timelines, managing tasks, and involving the right people at the right time.


Operations & Program Management



  • Organize meetings and feedback sessions with business contacts, subject matter experts, and team members to improve learning materials.
  • Help measure and report on the success of data literacy programs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest training methods and technology and bring best practices into your work.


Other Responsibilities



  • Manage projects and report on progress as needed.
  • Present information to management, clients, and colleagues.
  • Help with other tasks to improve team efficiency.
  • Lead meetings and communicate with clients.

This position is not hybrid or remote, and will report to our headquarters in Cleveland, OH.

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships.

Must be eighteen years or older

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. In lieu of a degree, at least 3 years of experience in Learning Management systems


KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:



  • 2-4 years of experience developing, managing, or running education, training, or outreach programs.
  • Familiarity with data management, data governance, or analytics is a plus.
  • Experience in manufacturing or commercial business units is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a team and with people at all levels.
  • Flexible and eager to learn new technologies.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
