This Department of War enterprise data and analytics program delivers mission-critical capabilities that enable leaders across the Department to make faster, better-informed decisions using trusted data at scale. Leidos Digital Modernization sector is seeking an experienced SME Cross Domain Implementation Analyst to support the delivery, enhancement, and adoption of enterprise data and analytics products used across multiple DoD organizations.

In this role, you will work alongside government partners, engineers, and other industry teammates to translate operational and strategic requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions. You will contribute directly to product planning, execution, and continuous improvement-helping ensure capabilities are delivered efficiently, aligned to mission priorities, and positioned for sustained success.

This position offers the opportunity to work on a high-visibility, enterprise program at the intersection of data, analytics, and emerging AI technologies. Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze transfer data to ensure accuracy and integrity in cross domain data transfers.
- Perform data mapping to facilitate seamless data migration processes.
- Manage data migration activities to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for cross domain transfers.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cross domain data transfers.
- Act as a liaison between data users and solution developers to clarify transfer requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data transfer issues.
- Conduct training sessions for users on cross domain data transfer processes.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of data transfer operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data management policies and standards.
- Provide support for audits and assessments related to data transfers.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement in data transfer methodologies.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher from an accredited college or university OR Completion of offerings listed in DoD 8140 Training Repository OR Possession of GCFA or GCIA certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and migration.
- Proven experience in creating technical documentation and SOPs.
- Strong understanding of data mapping techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in data management software and tools.

Certifications such as Security plus, IAT/IAM Level III

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance.
- Familiarity with NIST 800-53 standards and cybersecurity best practices.
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.
- Previous experience in a cross domain data transfer role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with training and mentoring junior staff.
