Job Category: Operations Processor Location: 100% Onsite Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Duration: 6 Months (with potential for extension) Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and reliable Operations Processor I to join our onsite mailroom team. This role is essential to supporting our daily operational workflow and requires someone who is comfortable working on their feet, handling physical tasks, and operating mail-processing equipment. Key Responsibilities * Operate mail-opening machines and other mailroom equipment. * Sort, prepare, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. * Lift, move, and organize mail trays, packages, and related materials. * Maintain a clean and efficient work environment. * Work collaboratively with team members or independently as needed. Top Skills - Must Haves * Strong ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. * Basic to intermediate computer skills. * Comfort with standing for extended periods and handling physical tasks. Nice-to-Have Skills * Prior experience in a mailroom, operations, or production environment. * Familiarity with high-volume processing equipment. Additional Requirements * Ability to lift and carry materials as part of daily workflow. * Willingness to work onsite 100% of the time. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Sioux Falls, SD. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
