General Labor - Grove City or New Albany, OH Schedule: * Monday-Friday: 10hour shifts * Saturday: 8hour shift * Total: 58 hours/week * Plenty of overtime available Overview We're hiring reliable General Laborers for a fulltime role in either Grove City or New Albany. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants steady hours, consistent overtime, and longterm work. Responsibilities * Assist with production, warehouse, or facility operations * Load and unload materials * Operate basic hand tools and equipment * Maintain a clean and safe work environment * Follow safety guidelines and supervisor instructions * Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements * Ability to work a 58hour workweek (M-F + Saturday) * Comfortable with standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks * Reliable transportation to Grove City or New Albany * Strong work ethic and willingness to learn * Previous general labor or warehouse experience is a plus (not required) What We Offer * Consistent weekly overtime * Longterm, fulltime opportunity * Fast start dates * Weekly pay * Growth opportunities depending on performance Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, OH.
