*Job Title: Technical Support Customer Service Representative**Job Description*We are seeking a Technical Support Customer Service Representative to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This position offers a flexible work schedule with the opportunity to work three days in the office and two days from home, allowing you to choose the days that best fit your needs. The role is initially contracted until the end of the year, with the potential for extension or conversion to a full-time position, dependent on headcount and budget. The core working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, and the position is based out of Lowell, MI.
*Responsibilities* * Drive positive consumer experience through technical support via phone and email. * Answer product questions including features, benefits, installation, and appropriate sizing of products. * Execute call center documentation and processing. * Resolve customer questions, provide remote troubleshooting, and respond to emails and voicemails. * Assist in the development of FAQs and troubleshooting guides. * Review product training presentations. * Organize and document proven processes and procedures. * Assist in reviewing manuals, technical bulletins, and technical marketing artwork for accuracy. * Troubleshoot and diagnose using schematics, wiring diagrams, and assorted tools. * Assist consumers through product replacement or repair programs. *Essential Skills* * At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing order entry/customer service or technical capacity. * Heavy Microsoft Excel experience. * Ability to work in a hybrid model and commute to Lowell, MI. * Experience with SAP or Oracle is a must. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Marine or RV experience is a plus. * ASE Electronics/Electrical Systems A6 Certification is advantageous. * MEI - Marine Electronics Certification is beneficial. *Why Work Here?*Join a team that is part of the world's largest recreational marine business, where passion and customer focus are at the heart of everything we do.
