Customer Service Representative - Health Benefits Support Start Date: April 6 TEKsystems is hiring Customer Service Representatives to* support members with their health benefit plans. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, thrive in a fastpaced environment, and have strong communication skills. What You'll Do* As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for members and providers. Daily responsibilities include: * Handle inbound calls from members regarding their health benefit plans * Make outbound calls to follow up on claims or benefit inquiries * Research and resolve member questions, escalating when necessary * Ask questions and actively listen to understand customer needs * Document all interactions accurately within internal systems * Coordinate with care providers, including doctors' offices, to assist with appointment scheduling or connecting members with specialists * Educate providers on benefit plans and share available contracting opportunities What You Bring To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 1+ year of call center experience (required) * 1+ year of outbound calling experience * Strong ability to handle complex or challenging calls from members and providers * Excellent communication, problemsolving, and active listening skills * A customerfocused mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality service Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Des Moines, IA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
