What You'll Do * Be the first point of contact for members, providing helpful, professional support. * Share clear, accurate information about our products and services. * Navigate multiple systems while actively listening and guiding members through their questions. * Assist with everyday banking needs-savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and more. * Recommend services that fit each member's needs and help build strong, positive relationships. What We're Looking For * Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people. * Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy environment. * A willingness to learn and grow-no experience required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
