*Job Title: Customer Service Representative*
*Job Description* Join an award-winning organization and become a part of a leading service provider for government agencies and transportation departments across the U.S. This position involves managing incoming calls from existing customers regarding account information, offering support to potential customers, processing new applications, payments, and maintaining accounts. You will play a vital role in documenting customer concerns, updating account information, and handling correspondence through mail and email. *Responsibilities* * Answer incoming phone calls from customers regarding account information. * Provide information to potential customers. * Process new applications and payments over the phone. * Document customer concerns and problems. * Update and change account holder information. * Perform basic data entry and follow up mail & email correspondence. * Maintain accounts including changes, adjustments, and statement requests. * Explain terms, conditions, policies, and procedures related to the account. * Prepare reports such as CSR Daily Activity report and cash out report. * Proactively address customer requests and explain terms and conditions. *Essential Skills* * At least 1 year of Call Center Experience. * Proficient in data entry and computer literacy. * High School Diploma or GED. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Positive demeanor and strong attendance record. * Reliable transportation or ability to travel on the bus route. *Why Work Here?* Enjoy paid holidays and PTO starting from your first day. The primary shift is Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with other shifts available. Dress code is business casual, allowing jeans but not leggings or sweats. Phones must be stored away to comply with privacy policies *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Harrisburg, PA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
