Weekly Work Hours 40Compensation Range Administrator Range E07Salary Minimum $102,900.00 AnnuallyFLSA United States of America (Exempt)Position Type AdministratorPosition Summary The Senior Director of Learning & Development provides strategic leadership for enterprise learning, leadership development, organizational capability building, and culture transformation across Dallas College. The role partners closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), HR-COEs, executive leadership, and key institutional stakeholders to design and implement innovative learning strategies that advance Dallas College's Vision 2030, strengthen workforce capability, and contribute to building a Best Place to Work culture. This position leads to the modernization of the college's learning ecosystem by integrating digital learning platforms, artificial intelligence (AI), learning analytics, and scalable learning technologies to enhance employee capability, leadership effectiveness, and institutional agility.
