Seeking a Codebeamer Engineer to manage requirements and build integrations for Codebeamer ALM.

Required:
Hands-on Codebeamer ALM (trackers, workflows, traceability, baselines)
REST API integration & JSON payload handling
ReqIF import/export & requirements data migration
Java/Spring Boot or Python; Git & CI/CD; OAuth2/OIDC

Nice to Have:
3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) / ALM-PLM integration experience
Prompt engineering & structured JSON outputs
