We're Hiring: Senior Data Analytics Developer
Location: Eden Prairie, MN | Onsite (HQ)

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and support SSIS ETL pipelines
• Develop and optimize solutions in SQL Server & Microsoft Fabric
• Build data models, warehouses, and lakehouses
• Partner with business teams to turn requirements into insights
• Troubleshoot complex data issues and improve performance

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in data engineering, BI, or analytics
• Strong SSIS & TSQL expertise
• Handson experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, modeling)
• Strong problemsolving and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data governance frameworks (security, cataloging, lineage)
• Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms
• Knowledge of APIs, data integrations, or realtime data streaming
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
• Microsoft certifications in Data Engineering, BI, or Azure

Additional Details:

• Onsite role at our Eden Prairie, MN HQ; office-based work environment.

• Participation in an oncall rotation (nights, weekends, holidays).
• No relocation or international remote arrangements considered.
