Summary:

The Learning Technology and Experience Supervisor will manage the day-to-day operations of the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) program and leads a team of Learning Technology Specialists. This role enforces established governance standards and operating procedures, oversees release cycles and system audits, ensures accessibility and regulatory compliance, and coordinates assignments and workflows. The Supervisor will partner closely with leaders and subject matter experts to support organizational learning priorities and deliver a consistent, effective learner experience. The successful candidate will possess strong technical aptitude and people leadership skills.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree specialization in eLearning, Instructional Design preferred
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: 5 years managing LMS platforms and digital learning operations; healthcare preferred. 1+ year providing team leadership, coaching, or workflow coordination in a matrixed environment.
