GENERAL PURPOSE

The HR Generalist will provide support for the day-to-day operations of the HR team. Position will serve as the subject matter expert for our Workday HCM platform while assisting with various HR projects and initiatives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Serve as super-user for Workday HCM system; assist with implementation process and system enhancements.
  • Provide support to Human Resources and users to include transactional tasks, troubleshooting, testing, etc.
  • Serve as technical point of contact for Workday in testing system changes, ensuring data integrity and analyzing for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain reports as needed. Collaborate with affiliate HR leadership to maintain and update employee data monthly.
  • Assist Organizational Development Manager with coordinating training program logistics (conference room reservations, catering, traveling, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Sr. Communications Specialist to ensure content on HR SharePoint sites and Microsoft teams is accurate, accessible and aligned with HR needs.
  • Ensure HR shared documents are maintained and updated regularly.
  • Administer annual reporting for census, human capital and pay ratio.
  • Partner with HR team to develop and maintain HR Dashboard.
  • Partner with Corp HR team on employee onboarding, separations and document management for KC employees.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure all new employee paperwork is complete and compliance is maintained.
  • Manage separation processes to include conducting exit interviews, creating separation agreements, etc.
  • Administer expatriate leave program.
  • Administer expense management system; assist with troubleshooting, updating employee data, etc.
  • Serve as back-up for additional recruitment support when necessary.
  • Work on various HR and Organizational Development projects as needed.



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE



  • 2+ years relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree required in business, HR or related field
  • Knowledge and experience with Workday HCM system
  • Strong skillset with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint & Teams)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees on all levels
  • Maintains a high degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be organized to ensure deadlines are met



OTHER QUALIFICATIONS



  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
  • Excellent organizational, data tracking, and analytical skills
  • Language fluency is French or Spanish is a plus

Work is performed in a professional office environment and involves frequent contact with others as part of Seaboard's collaborative culture. While performing the duties of this job, the
