Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. In this role, the consultant will act as an expert to develop and influence initiatives for highly complex business and technical needs. The position involves consulting on strategy and resolving unique challenges, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions that require creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking. Responsibilities: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions Strategically engage with client personnel Requirements: 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education Desired skills: Strategic thinking Consultative skills Strategic Communications Pay range: $82.00 - $93.00 per Hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
