Maintenance Planner

Full Time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Pay Range: $ 24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Summary:
The Maintenance Planner is the prime input/output operator of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and at the direction of the Director of Maintenance will complete all CMMS reports and will manage computerized inventories of maintenance supplies and other data. Assists the Director of Maintenance in planning day to day operations of the maintenance department by performing the following duties.

Competencies and skills:
Essential:
* Individual must be comfortable with heavy public interaction: handling many phone and in-person queries.
* Knowledge of multi-line telephones, telephone head set, calculator, fax machine and postal machine.
* Must understand basic operation of the Fitness and Aquatics Center. Recognize and respond to emergencies.
* Self-motivated and able to successfully advance sales
* Ability to supervise and delegate tasks to volunteers.

Education with Equivalent Qualifications:

Essential:
* 1 year certificate from college or technical school

Experience with Equivalent Qualifications:

1+ years of planning, scheduling or administrative experience
