At Healthcare in Action, we serve patients experiencing homelessness through an innovative "street medicine" approach by contracting with Medicare and Medicaid health plans as well as hospitals and health systems.

Street medicine entails using a medically equipped van to deliver medical care directly to people experiencing homelessness in locations such as parking lots, encampments, and parks.

The Program Manager, Partnerships & Development oversees and manages the development, implementation, and coordination of programs related to organization's operations and identifies and supports the development of new partnership opportunities. This position involves strategic planning, team leadership, and building and maintaining high-level relationships with key clients and partners to drive significant revenue growth and market expansion Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing various initiatives to ensure efficient and effective organizational activities. Collaborates with stakeholders, monitors program performance, and ensures compliance with regulations and industry standards. Additionally, manages budgets, resources, and staff to achieve program goals and objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve the company's sales and growth objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, high-level relationships with key clients and partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Development Support: Collaborate with market leadership, clinical, finance and the Corporate Development team to develop and execute partnership strategies, including preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and use this information to inform business strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the management and tracking of the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely updates in the CRM system.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to business development.
  • Event Participation: Attend and organize industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and generate leads.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with program management.
  • Demonstrated capability of panning for short- and long-term range goals
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, catered to a variety of audiences at various levels
  • Managing competing priories and expectations across multiple stakeholders, ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated understanding of the healthcare industry
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships and facilitate the exchange of information across business units
