The Opportunity

Adobe seeks a Senior or Principal Engineering Program Manager with strategic and execution skills to support Adobe Analytics Product and Engineering teams in meeting vital business targets. The role involves building and growing the next generation of Adobe Analytics products, especially emphasizing agentic capabilities in the Adobe Customer Experience Orchestration (CXO) portfolio.

You will operate in a highly complex, fast-evolving, and often ambiguous environment. The ideal candidate thrives in this setting - bringing structure to ambiguity, improving cross-functional alignment, and developing positive relationships across the organization. This is not a "task master" role. Serving as a reliable, hands-on partner embedded within the program team, you will work closely with Engineering, Product, UX, and Marketing leaders to drive outcomes.

You will be instrumental in advancing collaboration, communication, consistency in execution, and alignment within the CXO ecosystem - establishing yourself as a trusted and indispensable contributor. Experience leading software development programs and collaborating across Engineering, Product, and Marketing is essential.

If you feel driven to develop the future of Adobe's analytical solutions in the emerging Agentic space, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do:
  • Drive complex programs from concept through release.
  • Proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and solve problems directly - taking ownership rather than waiting for direction.
  • Ensure strong operational hygiene across tools (JIRA, dashboards, status reporting).
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across global teams, partnering closely with other Program Managers and collaborators.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Mentor peers, effect positive change, and lead by example.
What you need to succeed:
  • Deep sense of ownership and accountability - you operate like a business owner.
  • Technical curiosity - you seek to understand how systems work and leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Codex) to accelerate insights and solutions.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to complete tasks in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of influencing various cross-functional groups and senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in JIRA (basic), Confluence (basic), Excel (intermediate to advanced), and modern AI tooling.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including engineering management and/or program management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications preferred.
