Are you a highly organized and influential supply chain professional ready to make a significant impact on product development from conception to mass production? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a pivotal team, where you will be instrumental in ensuring material and supply chain readiness for all new product builds. Your strategic insights and proactive management will directly contribute to bringing innovative products to market efficiently and effectively, driving the success of future technologies.

**What You'll Do:**

* Drive material and supply chain readiness for all new product builds, guiding them from the initial concept phase through to production handoff, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

* Proactively identify potential supply chain risks and develop robust mitigation plans to ensure material availability for new product introductions and maintain long-term supply continuity into mass production.

* Serve as a key materials liaison with external manufacturing partners and suppliers, managing project budgets and orchestrating strategic material purchases and buffers to mitigate production risks.

* Develop and maintain comprehensive global supply chain maps for each product, detailing suppliers, procurement models, lead times, shipment logistics, assembly, testing, fulfillment, and spare parts strategies.

* Manage and update project schedules, communicate status and risks effectively, and influence necessary changes. You will represent the New Product Introduction Supply Chain organization in internal program meetings, spearheading initiatives and process improvements to enhance team scalability and efficiency.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* MS/MA or MBA in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations Research.

* 5+ years of experience in program management, with a strong focus on supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.

* Demonstrated experience across all phases of a product lifecycle, from prototype development to mass production and end-of-life management.

* Proven expertise in supply and demand planning.

* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information, risks, and mitigation strategies.

* Strong risk management capabilities, including identifying, assessing, and planning for supply chain challenges.

* Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, capable of driving consensus and change across diverse teams and external partners.

* A proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt to evolving project needs.

* Skilled in change management and adept at navigating difficult conversations to achieve desired outcomes.

* Strong presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying information to various stakeholders.
