This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring user-centered design to the forefront of technological innovation. You will be instrumental in translating complex user data into actionable insights that drive product development and enhance the user experience.

**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct mixed-methods research, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.

* Manage the entire lifecycle of survey fielding, from deployment to data analysis and comprehensive reporting of findings.

* Strategically plan and design robust User Experience Research (UXR) studies to gather actionable insights.

* Analyze complex data sets from various research activities and translate them into clear, impactful findings for cross-functional stakeholders.

* Collaborate with a wider team to integrate user insights into product development, ensuring user-centered design principles are at the forefront.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* **Education:** Master's (M.A./M.S.) or Ph.D. (completed) in Psychology, Sociology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.

* **Experience:** 1-3 years of professional work experience or relevant graduate-level research experience.

* **Technical Skills:**

* Proficiency with survey fielding tools such as Qualtrics.

* Experience with data cleaning and analysis tools like SPSS or R.

* Basic familiarity with a broad range of research methods, coupled with in-depth expertise in one or more of the following: Usability studies, Concept tests, Competitive benchmarks, Diary studies, User interviews, Field research, Behavioral science experiments, and Surveys.

* **Soft Skills:**

* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks independently.

* Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex insights clearly.

* Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively across multiple projects and adapt flexibly to evolving schedules and diverse assignments.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Ph.D. in Human Factors, Social Sciences, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Product Design, or a related discipline.

* Advanced knowledge of experimental design principles and statistical analysis techniques.

* Technical aptitude, including familiarity with basic graphic and video editing tools.
