We are looking foraCloudSolution Architect-AI Business Solutions for AI Workforce and AI Business Process teams.This is a customer-facing role that serves as a strategic trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert, accelerating AIsolutionsand change management by creating business value and ROI. Candidates will needexpertisein one ormultipleof the following areas:

  • Microsoft AI Workforce-specializing indriving outcomes throughthe end-to-end Copilot & AI journey across Chat, M365,andCopilot Studio/ Agents

  • Microsoft AI BusinessProcess-specializing indrivingBusiness Applicationsoutcomes through D365 and Power Platform.

Responsibilities
  • AccelerateAI transformation andValue Realization: Actively engage withbusiness and technical decision makers to drive intent,enablementand usageofMicrosoftAIsolutions, securing long-term customer renewal. Galvanize technical and sales experts aroundadditionalidentified opportunities to developcustomer specificroadmaps that drive further growth & business value realization.

  • CustomerInsights: Provide feedbackandinsightsfrom customers back to relevant MS teams to enable continuous improvement.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Drive positive Customer Satisfactionand become a trusted advisor to customers byleveragingMicrosoft'sAIBusiness SolutionswithinAI Workforce and/orAI Business Processtoenable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes. You will actively listen and respectfullychallengeto drive the best outcomes.

  • Usage (Cloud & Support) Growth: Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with business & technical decision makers to ensure they understandMicrosoft's AI solutionsvalue proposition. Lead architecture design sessions,address customerquestions,and provide best practices for activatingsolutionswithinthecustomerenvironment.

  • IdentifyOpportunities:Identifyresolutions to issues blocking the go-live of customer success projects byleveragingdeepknowledge ofeither AI Workforce or AI Business Processtechnicalsubject matterexpertise. Lead business & technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments. Deliver all work according to MS best practices & policies and using repeatable IP.

  • Learn-It-All:Demonstratea self-learner mindset through continuous, self-directed learning in areas such asCopilot, D365, Power Platform,business value realization, and adoption and change management. Build andmaintaintechnical readiness aligned to Customer Success Unit (CSU) priorities and corporate initiatives.

  • Accelerate Customer Outcomes: Engage in relevant communities to shareexpertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-useand learn from others to help accelerate yourcustomerstransformation journey.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • BachelorsDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+years experiencein cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consultingORequivalent experience.

Other Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • BachelorsDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+years experiencein cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
    • ORMastersDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+years experiencein cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 4+years experienceworking in a customer-facing role (e.g.,internaland/or external)
  • 4+years experienceworking on technical projects
  • Technical certifications in relevant technologies or disciplines(e.g.,Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)
  • ExperiencewithCopilot, D635,and/or Power Platform

Cloud Solution Architecture IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.

Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
