Overview The Azure Infrastructure Revenue Finance team influences decision-making and implementation of strategy across the Core Infrastructure portfolio. Our charter is to ensure leaders are focused on the highest ROI opportunities and initiatives. We integrate insights into actions across GTM, deal structure, business model, and resource allocation/prioritization. The team is hiring for twoGroup Finance Manager, Azure Revenue Finance "leads" to drive key initiatives, projects and influence senior leaders. Responsibilities As a lead, you'll be responsible for project management of 'big rocks' and milestones within your space often directing other analysts. The team is organized into two working groups: Migrations & Platform:General and specialized compute, Windows, Container/AKS Strategic Segments & Initiatives: Regional pricing, commitment offers, Government/Education Each lead will coordinate deliverables within their working group, and provide day-to-day direction and coaching on projects with an emphasis on simplifying and upleveling for an executive audience. On a daily basis you will be required to clarify ambiguous problems through frameworks, data, and other qualitative signals. Impact you'll drive Engineering roadmap prioritization / resource allocation Analyze AI trends andextrapolate scenarios & potential impact on current business as well as unit economics Align on keyelements of FY27 GTM priorities with field leadership Evaluateinvestments related to new products, partnerships, and initiatives Work cross-functionally todeterminepricing strategy in response to shifting market conditions Culture & Communication: Collaborating with team members within and across organizational boundaries and remaining open to diverse perspectives. Developing strong, trusted advisor relationships with business clients and executives. Demonstrate a willingness to learn, be coached, and show intellectual curiosity. Embody ourCultureandValues Qualifications Minimum Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience. Additional Preferred Qualifications 3+ years experience developing long-term, strategic growth plans. 3+ years experience in multinational organizations with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles. 3+ years work experience in matrix-based organization. 3+ years work experience in the technology or software industry. Experience working with Azure is a plus. Financial Analysis IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
