Overview
Microsoft Quantum is dedicated to building the first scalable, fault-tolerant quantum computer, leading progress across hardware, error correction, and deep integration with Azure. As the Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) on the Quantum TPM team, you will lead high-impact programs that connect strategy to execution across engineering, product, and research. You will drive clarity in an ambiguous space by building durable plans, aligning cross-functional stakeholders on priorities and milestones, and establishing an operating cadence that surfaces risks early and enables timely decisions. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
