Position Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Account Manager with strong digital operations and technical experience to join our team, emphasizing the importance of support, communication, solutions, and delivery. This role involves managing the technical needs of the partners providing client services in our advertising ecosystem. Position will partner with clients, agencies, and technology providers to design, implement, and scale innovative, secure, and performant media products and solutions, including data clean rooms, platform integrations, API development, and other approaches to data and measurement integration.

Responsibilities:

* Serving as the primary technical point of contact for third-party vendors (MMPs, clean rooms, Data on boarders) and clients

* Leading technical integration discovery and requirements gathering with clients, agencies, and partners to align business needs and technical solutions.

* Coordinating with sales, strategic partnerships, product development, and other team members to ensure the delivery of efficient vendor and partner solutions

* Managing and resolving technical issues for assigned accounts

* Providing internal vendor and product training and technical advice

* Maintaining a deep understanding of the products and services

* Preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations

* Developing reusable patterns, playbooks, and best practices for vendor collaboration

* Developing technical documentation and implementation guides to enable commercial teams and clients

* Working closely with the customer support team to address customer inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of our products and services.Candidate expertise will influence both client strategies and the evolution of our internal products. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of the use of third-party data, measurement solutions, and data collaboration techniques with architectural thinking and the ability to guide complex integrations from discovery to delivery. The candidate should have a passion for solving problems, identifying solutions, and working in cross-functional teams. Candidates must have a strong knowledge base of digital media operations in connected TV and the third-party data, clean room, and measurement vendors operating in this space.

Required skills:

* 5+ years of work experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role.

* Strong knowledge of the third-party data and measurement AdTech ecosystem.

* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.

* Experience in designing and implementing scalable API-based solutions for advertising or marketing use cases.

* Comfort interpreting and communicating API specifications.

* Familiarity with privacy-preserving techniques (differential privacy, encryption, synthetic data) preferred but not required.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

* Strong time-management and organizational skills.
