Associate's Degree + 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment (or equivalent military service) Minimum of 5 years in a Quality field role, with at least 2 years in a Supervisor or higher-level position Strong knowledge of product specifications/standards Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Systems, NDE inspection, and API products (preferred) Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong computer proficiency and ability to follow written/verbal instructions Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional Responsibilities: Lead the Quality Group in support of the Quality Manager Cover vacations for site Quality Manager and Quality Leads Ensure lab equipment is properly maintained and calibrated Backup/support inline NDT Flexibility to work across shifts (primary shift is days) Oversee inspections and manage nonconforming material disposition Support and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) Act as liaison with customers and sales regarding product quality Provide training and technical guidance to quality team members Assist with shipping inspections as needed Travel occasionally as required Promote and lead safe work practices in compliance with regulatory and company standards Why This Job? - Benefits Offered by our client.
