Job Summary:

The Customer Operations Analyst supports the order-to-cash cycle by managing day-to-day order flows and ensuring fulfillment excellence. In this role, you will handle the tactical execution of order management for key accounts, troubleshoot logistics hurdles, and support process improvement projects that help our supply chain scale efficiently.

You Will:
* Execute Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end order processing workflow for food service and retail customers, including confirmations, revisions, and SAP data entry.
* Support Strategic Accounts: Assist in load planning and order optimization for key retail partnerships (e.g., Walmart) to ensure high order quality and on-time performance.
* Coordinate Fulfillment: Manage daily interactions with retail brokers and utilize resolution systems (e.g., "Fix-it" tickets) to resolve fulfillment issues.

* Monitor EDI Flows: Support the EDI implementation process by tracking open business items and assisting in the resolution of technical transmission gaps.

* Liaise with 3PLs: Monitor 3PL performance regarding fulfillment accuracy and serve as a point of contact for routine logistics disruptions.
* Maintain Policy Compliance: Apply supply chain policies, such as order minimums and lead-time requirements, to help mitigate customer fines and chargebacks.

* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Supply Planning to monitor fill rates and assist the QA team in processing delivery damage claims and shelf-life issues.

* Support International Growth: Assist in international fulfillment tasks, including the preparation of shipping documentation and tracking import exceptions.

* New Product Support: Help coordinate with 3PLs for new product introductions (NPI) and the onboarding of new customer accounts.

You Have:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
* Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer logistics, order management, or supply chain operations (internship experience considered).
* Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
* Knowledge: Foundational understanding of the Order-to-Cash cycle and logistics terminology.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with external buyers and internal stakeholders.
* Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who is comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Flexibility: Ability to work independently within a virtual team and provide occasional support for holiday/weekend inventory emergencies.
