Job Title: Employee Growth & Experience Partner
Location: Hybrid or Remote
Department: People Operations
Reports To: Employee Growth & Experience Manager
JOB SUMMARY
The Employee Growth & Experience Partner is responsible for the high-quality execution of employee training, onboarding sessions, corporate university program, professional development, engagement activities, and People Operations communications. This role ensures that learning experiences and communications are delivered consistently, professionally, and in alignment with organizational standards, reinforcing performance expectations, capability development, and employee growth.
This role translates strategy and program design into reliable, repeatable employee experiences and serves as a key execution partner within the People Operations function.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Onboarding Resources
* Facilitate new hire orientation
* Coordinate all logistics for orientation, onboarding resources, and training, including scheduling, materials, calendars, technology, and participant communications
* Collect participant feedback from orientation, onboarding, and training sessions
* Execute improvements and adjustments to delivery based on feedback to continuously improve the new hire and training experience
* Provide managers with access to training materials, guides, and onboarding resources
* Support managers with questions related to onboarding logistics and materials
2. Corporate University Program
* Support execution of Agile Defense University program, ensuring consistent delivery of approved learning offerings
* Coordinate course schedules, instructors, sessions, and participant communications
* Maintain Agile University calendars, materials, and attendance records
* Track participation, completion, and feedback for Corporate University courses
3. University Partnerships & External Collaboration
* Support operational coordination with identified university partners and external education providers
* Track participation and outcomes for partnership programs
* Ensure partnership activities are executed consistently and professionally
4. Professional Development Program
* Review and approve professional development requests and reimbursement submissions to ensure alignment with established policies, eligibility criteria, and approval thresholds
* Partner with Finance and People Operations leadership as needed to validate reimbursement requests and documentation
* Support managers and employees in accessing approved professional development resources and understanding program requirements
* Maintain accurate records of participation, reimbursements, and program utilization
* Track participation, completion, and reimbursement metrics to ensure transparency and audit readiness
* Provide execution feedback, participation insights, and utilization trends to the Employee Growth & Experience Manager to inform program effectiveness
5. Coordinate Engagement and Recognition Activities
* Execute engagement initiatives such as surveys, events, and recognition programs
* Coordinate logistics, timelines, and communications for engagement activities
* Coordinate and publish employee milestones, including birthdays, work anniversaries, and service recognitions
* Manage logistics for welcome and recognition moments, such as new hire announcements and milestone acknowledgements
* Coordinate ordering and distribution of new-hire welcome kits, recognition items, and celebratory materials
* Support peer recognition initiatives (e.g., "Cheers for Peers") by managing submissions, communications, and fulfillment
* Maintain accurate tracking of engagement activities and participation
* Ensure communications are timely, professional, and consistent with People Operations standards
* Support leaders and managers in driving participation and follow-through
* Track participation and completion for engagement initiatives
6. People Operations Communications
* Develop, format, and distribute People Operations communications related to:
o Training and onboarding programs
o Corporate University offerings
o Professional development initiatives
o Engagement activities and People Ops updates
* Ensure communications are timely, accurate, and consistent in tone and messaging
* Partner with People Operations leadership to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
7. Learning Records, Metrics & Coordination
* Maintain accurate records of training, onboarding, Agile Defense University, and professional development participation
* Track completion and participation metrics
* Ensure records are audit-ready and accessible

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
Experience
3-5 years of experience in training delivery, employee experience, communications, or HR support
Experience facilitating instructor-led training or onboarding sessions
Experience supporting engagement initiatives or internal communications
Skills & Competencies
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Organizational and coordination skills
Attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with learning platforms and training tools
