- Lead Store Operations: Demonstrate leadership across all aspects of store operations, ensuring consistent execution and accountability.
- Drive Strategy & Performance: Lead the development and deployment of a comprehensive strategic business plan aligned with financial and operational objectives, including annual benchmarks and budget.
- Develop People & Teams: Hire, coach, mentor, and develop store leaders and team members-creating a work environment that supports growth and performance.
- Manage Resources: Evaluate, allocate, and manage human, physical, and financial resources to support profitable growth and operational excellence.
- Champion Customer Experience: Ensure customer satisfaction by partnering with all departments to understand expectations, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
- Strengthen Communication & Culture: Foster engagement and alignment through open-book meetings, team meetings, open-door leadership, and proactive feedback loops.

What You Will Need:
- Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in business and people management, with the ability to lead leaders and drive accountability.
- Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of sales, parts, and service operations and how to align teams around shared goals.
- Analytical Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and execute effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of John Deere construction dealership operations
- Communication & Technology Skills: Effective verbal and written communication and strong computer skills to drive alignment, efficiency, and collaboration across teams.
- Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
