OPERATIONS MANAGER (Night Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 pm - 4:30 am)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Lead daily floor operations ensuring accuracy efficiency and a safe environment
* Support inbound and outbound product flow to meet service goals
* Mentor teams encourage collaboration and strengthen product and process knowledge
* Maintain strong communication with key partners across the business
* Solve issues quickly while keeping operations moving with clarity and focus

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

* Operations teams across all departments
* Partners in receiving shipping distribution production planning purchasing finance and customer service

WHAT YOU BRING

* Experience leading teams in distribution or warehouse environments preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent college degree preferred
* Ability to work weekends or overtime when needed
