Position Title: Customer Service Team Member
Wage: $18.00 - $23.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 9:00am - 5:45pm (Monday - Friday) QPS Employment Group is hiring Customer Service Team Members for a company in Elgin, IL. Customer Service Team Member Responsibilities: - Create, update, and maintain accurate customer records, including tracking shipments and reporting on customer activity - Process Repair and Advance Exchange Orders daily within the ERP system (NetSuite), adhering to established procedures - Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders through clear and professional interactions - Monitor ongoing project activities, providing regular status updates and presentations as needed - Collaborate across departments to enhance service levels and operational workflows - Adapt swiftly to a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently Requirements for Customer Service Team Member: - High School Diploma or GED - Fluent in English - Strong proficiency in ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) - Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds as needed, approximately 10% of the time - Capable of performing repetitive tasks for extended periods, approximately 6-8 hours per shift schaumburg@qpsemployment.com IND133 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
