Position Title: Injection Mold Maintenance Technician Wage: $20.00/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 4:30pm - 2:00am (Monday - Thursday), 11:00am - 3:00pm (Friday) Join a global leader in Mason City, IA that provides fragrance diffusion technology. Injection Mold Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: - Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair - Troubleshoot issues to diagnose the root cause of equipment failures - Repair and maintain injection molding machines to minimize downtime - Keep plant machinery and mechanical equipment in good repair - Perform logic programming for new equipment and maintain existing systems - Adhere to OSHA regulations and safety protocols - Use hand and power tools effectively for repairs - Maintain a clean and safe work environment - Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and equipment reports Requirements for Injection Mold Maintenance Technician: - Strong team collaboration and attendance record - Accurate reading and counting skills - Basic understanding of OSHA regulations - Previous Industrial Maintenance & Injection Molding experience preferred - Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, crawling, and lifting up to 40 pounds masoncity@qpsemployment.com IND098 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
