Hospital President and COO - Central VT Medical Center

The Hospital President & COO serves as the senior executive responsible for fostering collaborative leadership across the healthcare system, driving strategic alignment, and ensuring integrated operational management. This role strengthens system-wide performance, enhances high-quality patient care, and promotes financial sustainability. By leveraging partnerships and shared resources, the President & COO ensures regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and organizational growth that benefits the entire system.

EDUCATION:

Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or related field. FACHE or equivalent certification preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in healthcare, with at least 5 years in executive roles. Previous experience as COO or President in a health system strongly preferred.
