Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire an HR Service Delivery Specialist.

Reporting to the HR Service Delivery Manager, the HR Service Delivery Specialist is responsible for supporting the HR Shared Services Center and various business process in Workday. The HR Service Delivery Specialist provides day-to-day administrative, reporting and project support to employees, managers and HR team with a concentration on data integrity, supporting standard HR processes and providing timely and accurate resolution and reporting. In addition, the HR Service Delivery Specialist supports the time tracking systems and supports employees during pay period close.

This position will reside in the Philadelphia office and offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partners with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to conduct end-to-end processes and tasks involved in employee lifecycle from interview scheduling and onboarding to employee data maintenance, time and attendance and termination/retirement.

  • Maintains management of Workday user access and permissions; performs system audits and works with HR staff to maintain data integrity; conducts training for new and experienced users.

  • Troubleshoots Workday application issues.

  • Supports the Recognition & Rewards, Notary, and Significant Anniversary Award programs

  • Interprets and implements policies and procedures for the Shared Service model.

  • Conducts research, analysis, and reporting in addition to daily tasks in an effort to maintain data integrity and consistency.

  • Assists HR Operation Analysts with integration and reporting requests.

  • Assists with HR Team Site maintenance; works with various HR Staff to keep content current; works with IT staff to resolve team site issues.

  • Provides information and assistance to HR local office staff, department managers/directors and other individuals regarding HRIS operations, personnel issues; responds to routine questions or inquiries; initiates problem resolution.

  • Provides support on HR systems related projects including but not limited to; preliminary requirements gathering; testing system enhancements; developing user procedures.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Experience with Workday HRIS is preferred.

  • Strong customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required
