Overview NaphCare is hiring an experienced and motivated Facility Health Administrator (FHA) to join our team of medical professionals in the ASPC- Lewis in Buckeye. AZ. As the Facility Health Administrator (FHA) for NaphCare, you will work alongside correctional officers and other medical professionals to directs the business and operational side of the medical units within the facility(s), ensuring the medical operations are well managed and staff are meeting NaphCare policies, guidelines, and expectations. Responsibilities The Facility Health Administrator (FHA) is responsible for financial management, compliance with regulations, staff supervision, and optimizing patient care to ensure our patients in residence receive quality care that protects their rights, dignity and health. Additional duties and responsibilities may include and are not limited to:
Providing daily oversight of clinical operations with the medical, mental health, dental and allied health services for the residents
Qualifications Education / Licenses / Certifications / Requirements
Physical Capabilities: Must have the ability to stand for long periods, lift and move patients (up to 50 pounds), bend, squat, reach, push, pull, walk significant distances, and perform physically demanding tasks like CPR, all while maintaining good balance and endurance throughout a shift.
