Responsible for the execution of a variety of specialized processes within the Talent Acquisition (TA) function, including maintaining content, data maintenance and transactions, process optimization, implementation support for process changes, and development of standard operating procedures and additional resources. Completes full-cycle of recruiting for entry level, non-exempt jobs, including intake call, sourcing strategy and execution, pre-screening, interviewing, calibration and candidate selection, offer extension and negotiation, and the pre-boarding processes. Positively impacts the candidate experience through clear, accurate, and timely communications, as well as through on-going process optimizations. Becomes a subject matter expert in areas of scope.

Key Responsibilities



  • Partners across the organization to identify needs, provide consultation and high-quality services, and provide solutions that support business strategy and meet business needs.
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers within their assigned areas, including monitoring shared inbox and voicemails. Responsible for providing a phenomenal internal and external client experience.
  • Ensures consistent application of TA processes and policies and maintains accurate, auditable recruiting records. Conducts KPI and batch reporting in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HCM, identifies and corrects errors, monitors activities, and oversees new hire processing.
  • Executes all aspects of TA logistics for the interview and pre-boarding processes, including onboarding, background processing, relocation activities, interview scheduling and calendar coordination, communication with candidate and hiring manager, delivery of relevant materials, supporting the candidate interview preparation as needed, travel coordination, and maintaining ATS (i.e., Taleo). Maintains travel log and processes expenses.
  • Guides and supports interview preparation by utilizing recruiting tools to select and curate core competencies library, team emails, interview guides, and candidate guides.
  • Develops and executes basic sourcing strategies to identify and attract candidates for non-exempt roles across various channels. Supports sourcing for entry level exempt roles.
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for assigned non-exempt roles, utilizing knowledge and experience in ATS and all sourcing tools (i.e., Taleo, Phenom, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Fosters relationships with hiring managers and candidates, identifying needs and influencing to gain positive results.
  • Executes tasks that support project management including cross-functional communication at all levels and the creation and maintenance of materials.
  • Helps research HR and TA best practices, methods, and processes. Recommends and supports process improvements to standardize, rationalize, and simplify recruiting processes.
  • Gains and maintains knowledge of all recruitment practices and processes, market trends, and industry-specific talent pools.


Minimum Qualifications (Educations & Experience)



  • High school diploma / GED
  • 3+ years of relevant experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Experience with an applicant tracking, HRIS, and scheduling tools and/or systems
  • Experience with executive scheduling or coordination
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong, effective internal customer/business partner relationships
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to help implement best practices, incorporating relevant trends and advancements in the field
  • Ability to foster internal and external relationships

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Taleo/SAP/UKG experience


Physical Demands



  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.


Working Conditions



  • Work may be performed remotely; in a climate-controlled office environment; or a combination of the two. For remote work, the employee must have a dedicated workspace to safely setup and use assigned IT equipment, preferably free from distractions. The employee is responsible for ensuring adequate internet service is available when working remotely (the recommended minimum speed is 20mb download and 5mb upload).
  • The noise level of the environment is usually moderate.
  • Minimal travel may be required.
