This is an 11-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. What It's Like Our team ensures that products deployed on the T-Mobile network work seamlessly, are free of critical defects, and deliver best-in-class performance for our customers. We rigorously test devices and features to validate interoperability and optimize performance on the network. Beyond validation, we design and build innovative solutions and metrics that help measure real-world product performance and directly inform launch decisions. We work closely with cross-functional partners across engineering, marketing, and operations to protect the end-to-end customer experience-and we do whatever it takes to elevate it to the next level. What You'll Do Candidate will learn and use industry-standard device diagnostic tools such as QXDM to collect and analyze device logs. They will review drive test reports, investigate logs, and help identify failures or performance gaps. The role includes preparing benchmark reports, highlighting key insights, and clearly documenting any issues observed. Candidate will also participate in end-to-end issue triage and present findings to the broader team, gaining hands-on experience in real-world product validation and problem solving. Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education. Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $26/hour to $47/hour.
