JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Talent Partner - US Patient Impact who is strategic, proactive, and influential to join us in our Human Resources / US Patient Impact team, based in our US office in Atlanta, GA About the role As a Talent Partner, you will act as a strategic and operational HR business partner to senior leaders within the US Patient Impact organization. You will shape and deliver talent, organization, and culture strategies that enable business performance and ultimately improve patient outcomes. This role balances strategic influence with hands-on execution across talent management, leadership development, organizational design, and employee relations in a complex, global environment. Who you'll work with You will partner closely with senior business leaders and leadership teams across the US and globally. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, and HR Operations teams, while contributing to global and regional talent initiatives. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and influence within a matrixed, international organization. What you'll do * Partner with senior leaders to shape talent strategy aligned to business priorities Interested? For this role we're looking for the following Minimum requirements * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Preferred requirements * Master's degree in Human Resources or related discipline * HDBI Certification Preferred This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $148,000-194,300.
