Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Throughput Tracker / Operations Checker to support a manufacturing supplier monitoring initiative in South Windsor, Connecticut. This role is responsible for tracking hourly production activity, documenting material flow, and summarizing operational data for internal teams.
The position will work onsite at a supplier facility and will play an important role in ensuring accurate reporting of throughput, tank activity, and material movement throughout the production process. This is a non-technical operations support role focused on observation, documentation, and communication rather than equipment operation or inspection.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are organized, dependable, and comfortable working in an industrial environment while documenting production activity throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
*Track and record hourly production throughput and tank activity within the facility
*Monitor materials entering and leaving processing tanks or production areas
*Maintain accurate written or digital logs of production counts and operational activity
*Provide daily summary updates via email to internal operational teams
*Ensure accurate documentation of production flow and activity patterns
*Communicate any observed irregularities or changes in production activity
*Maintain organized records and documentation throughout the shift
*Work independently while following a structured reporting process

Required Qualifications
*U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (required for export-controlled manufacturing environments)
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy when recording production data
*Ability to work independently and remain organized throughout the workday
*Basic computer skills, including email and simple documentation
*Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
*Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Preferred Qualifications
*Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production tracking, or operations support roles
*Previous experience documenting inventory, production counts, or process activity
*Familiarity with basic spreadsheets, production logs, or operational reporting
*Experience working on a manufacturing floor or industrial facility

Work Environment
*Onsite position located within a manufacturing supplier facility
*Work will take place on or near the production floor
*Standard safety practices and industrial environment awareness are required

Additional Information
*10-panel drug screening and background check required
*This is a contract position expected to run approximately six months, with the possibility of extension depending on project needs
*Candidates must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
