IMMEDIATELY HIRING! Specialist Maintenance Systems FULL-TIME Opportunity in O'Fallon, MO

• Starting Salary: $43,000 - $70,000 annually

We are hiring for aSpecialist, Maintenance Systemsto perform records audits within Ramco and support the rollout of new Ramco initiatives. This role will also be responsible for updating company manuals and reviewing OEM technical publications to identify and incorporate any changes.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Departmental and Company Manuals
• Reviews OEM technical publications for changes and provides suggestions on actions to be taken based upon the changes
• Coordinates with Ramco for updates to the system and to resolve issues
• Assists with tracking aircraft components and record keeping functions
• Tracks and reports monthly flight hours
• Assist Procurement and Inventory/Logistics departments with reviewing goods receipt on aircraft components and verifying Ramco is correct.
• Reviews Airworthiness Directives and ensures Ramco is accurately tracking them
• Assist training department with testing and reviewing training material for Ramco.
• Assist Maintenance Control with request for aircraft records and Ramco issues
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Minimum Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Aircraft maintenance record keeping experience
• Previous experience maintaining aviation manuals such as Minimum Equipment List, AAIP, General Operations Manual, etc.
• Previous experience with RAMCO
