- Deliver timely, proactive, professional communications with stakeholders while ensuring full compliance with state/federal regulations
- Multitask across reports, maintain organized work pipelines, and hit productivity targets (e.g., tasks/hour, paperwork completion, aging cases)
- Prepare concise situation reports on high-aging inventory; present updates to teams and leadership on progress/next step
- Analyze trends in title/document issues using data, brief leadership, and drive process improvements to prevent recurrences
- Lead training for high-defect locations and new store openings on trade-in title processes and compliance
- Master national title/registration processes; track regional DMV changes, escalate impacts, and support change management
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years in administrative, compliance, DMV/dealership, or vehicle titling/registration roles
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- High agency, ownership, attention to detail, organization, and strong verbal/written communication
