BEVERAGE STAFF -Seasonal- POOL

Cambria Calabasas-Malibu Hotel is seeking an energetic and guest-focused Seasonal Pool Bartender for our spring and summer season. This role delivers elevated beverage service in our outdoor pool setting while also supporting banquet and special event operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide friendly, attentive poolside service
• Follow California ABC and Responsible Beverage Service standards
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and pool area
• Accurately process transactions using POS
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure a safe environment
• Assist with banquet bar service, private events, and special programming as needed
• Support overall Food & Beverage operations during high-volume periods

Requirements

• 1+ year bartending experience (high-volume preferred)
• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid California RBS Certification
• Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain)
• Comfortable working outdoors in warm temperatures and direct sun
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required
