Job Summary:

Knife River is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager for our Utah Division.

Occasional travel will be necessary based on project needs.

This position will require you to be able to work both independently and as a team player.

Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

*Develop and maintain cost reporting and control systems

*Track daily production

*Maintain information processed in Heavy Job

*Assist with WIP worksheets and processes

*Assist with job set up

*Solicit and manage subcontract process

*Manage subcontract process

*Ability to perform all functions of estimating

*Accurately maintain job budgets and schedules

*Perform other work as assigned

*Manage and direct overall project performance

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience: 5 + years minimum working as a Senior Project Manager and a minimum of 10 years in the construction industry.

Education: Degree in either Construction Management or Civil Engineering

You must have experience with HCSS estimating software, Scheduling software, Quantity takeoffs, Contract Related Items such as Billings, Change Orders, Submittals, etc. as well as Strong Customer Relation skills.
