We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Commercial Sales Performance Trainer to support a territory of dealerships by delivering indealership training, coaching, and performance improvement support. Working remotely under the guidance of a Performance Coach, you will strengthen the commercial sales team's ability to confidently communicate product value, manage objections, and meet the unique needs of commercial customers.

This is a highimpact role for someone who thrives in dealership environments, understands commercial sales, and loves helping sales consultants grow through realworld coaching and product mastery.

What You'll Do

Facilitate Engaging, HighImpact Training

  • Deliver interactive training sessions that meet established performance and facilitation standards.
  • Conduct small- and largegroup training sessions within dealerships and at special events.
  • Lead launch training events to introduce new products, technologies, and capabilities.

Coach for Sales & Product Excellence

  • Work directly with commercial sales consultants to strengthen product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and consultative selling.
  • Provide pre and posttraining engagement activities, followup communications, and extended learning support.
  • Debrief Sales Managers on training outcomes, opportunities, and newhire support recommendations.
  • Identify coaching moments to reinforce key behaviors and ensure knowledge transfer into daily sales practice.

Manage Training Operations Across the Territory

  • Develop and manage your own training schedule in alignment with dealership needs and regional priorities.
  • Support special training assignments, dealership meetings, and territory events.
  • Complete ongoing brand and competitive product study to remain an expert on features, capabilities, and industry trends.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Submit schedules, rosters, reports, and other required documentation accurately and on time.
  • Leverage digital tools, platforms, and evolving technologies to enhance communication and learner engagement.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and the ability to learn foundational instructional design principles.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in commercial sales, automotive, or dealership operations.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Mediumduty trucks
    • Trailering, load management & weight distribution
    • Electric vehicle fundamentals
    • Commercial customer needs
  • Ability to communicate value propositions tailored to commercial buyers.
  • Understanding of SVM upfitters and commercial vehicle customization.
  • Clear, confident communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong coaching ability with a talent for improving performance through behaviorbased feedback.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Envolve programs or comparable commercial sales tools.
  • Experience working directly with Business Elite or commercialfocused dealerships.
  • Exposure to instructional design principles or interest in developing these skills.

Working Conditions

  • Up to 90% travel within assigned territory for dealership visits and regional events.
  • Homeoffice based with frequent field travel required.
  • Must reside within the assigned territory.
