Bilingual Certified Training Expert_Eng/Spa_1st &2nd Shift_ M-Th

The Certified Training Expert (CTE) ensures that training follows an adult learner, high quality, standardized process - while being responsible for holding production staff accountable for needed / required training. This role will be responsible to facilitate, and document all required training on their given line and will focus on teamwork and accountability.

• Facilitates learning and learning activities on their line and throughout the facility
• Facilitates learning implementation and skill development
• Monitors employees on department metrics
• Ensures up-to-date documentation (Training Matrix and All Work Instructions) and process compliance through personal action, audits, line walks, continuous improvement changes, and escalation to team leaders, supervisors, and management team when necessary
• Coordinates (and conducts portions of) new hire orientation
• Collaborate with other CTEs to develop best practices and implement throughout plant
• Attend at least one Kaizen event per year

• Adult teaching methodology knowledge
• Effective communication and coaching skill
• Facilitation, including stand up speaking skills
• 6 month - 1-year experience in teaching, training, facilitation, etc.
• Must be bi-lingual
• HS Diploma or equivalent

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS

• May be required to lift up to approximately 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand at work station for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to have repetitive motion which would include bending, twisting and squatting.
• Must be able to use both hands and arms in repetitive motions.
• Must be able to work in a noisy and dusty manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to travel throughout the facility to obtain information needed to perform job functions.
• Must be able to withstand both hot and cold atmosphere depending on weather conditions.
